Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Analyst, Supply Network Planning with global scope and flexibility for Cork (Ireland) or Raynham (MA) or Raritan (NJ) or Warsaw. The role focuses on inventory optimization, supply performance, and patient-focused product delivery across EMEA, NA, and APAC.

You will collaborate with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and cross-functional partners, driving scenario planning, data flow management, and annual spend planning in a fast-paced, matrix

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• Six+ years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Analytics, or SCM.
• Strong scenario planning background and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems (SAP/JDE/APO/OMP) is required.

Mansioni

• Drive continuous improvements in end-to-end supply chain via value stream mapping and analysis.
• Coordinate integration of new externally manufactured products into S&OP processes with scenario analyses.
• Build and analyze statistical models for master and detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario planning.
