Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Senior Analyst in Supply Network Planning to optimize inventory, improve supply performance, and support life-changing products globally. The role involves collaboration with manufacturing sites and cross-functional partners across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific.

The incumbent will lead scenario planning, data flow management, and capacity planning within a global network, participating in annual business planning and spend management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of working experience and five (5) years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Strong scenario planning background is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements using value stream mapping and data analysis to develop tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Support integrating new externally manufactured products into S&OP; conduct scenario analyses and contingency planning with external supply chains.
• Build and analyze complex statistical models to support master scheduling, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario planning across multiple suppliers.
