Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven ability to manage commercial aspects of projects.
• Experience with cost and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project.
• Interface with the Client Commercial/Contract Team.
• Conduct project procurement including sub-contractors.
