Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of a large Data Center project in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of relevant experience, ensuring financial compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Data Centre or Pharmaceutical projects is advantageous.
• Eligible to work in Ireland without a permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of a large Data Center project.
• Validate tender with Project Manager post-award.
• Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts.

Knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical packages

Budget management

Negotiation and dispute resolution

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Building Services
