Job summary

Steering Point in Dublin offers a Transaction Services role focusing on analysing financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues. You will prepare high‑calibre reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders, and collaborate with tax, legal, and due diligence teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

You will also help with business development, propose pitches, and mentor junior staff while contributing to valuation work and MBO/MBI assignments.

Qualifications

4+ years Transaction Services experience in a large firm in UK or Ireland.
ACA/ACCA or CFA qualification.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
Prepare and present high-calibre reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.
Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Analyse and assist with the preparation of valuation reports.
Assist with sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments.
