Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland in Naas is seeking a Senior Logistics Team Manager to lead our driver team and oversee the day-to-day transport operation from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.

This on-site role requires hands-on leadership to keep deliveries running safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with Manufacturing and People teams, implement compliance with drivers’ hours and tachographs, and coach drivers to meet high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised CPC in Transport Management is essential.
• Experience managing a driver team in fast-paced operations.
• Knowledge of transport compliance, drivers’ hours and tachographs.
• Flexibility to work an early-morning, staggered load-out operation between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the driver team to a high performing level.
• Manage the staggered daily load-out operation between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
• Ensure routes are safely resourced and deliveries leave on time.
• Conduct pre-route and post-route briefings with the driver team.
• Monitor driver performance with clear expectations and coaching.
• Maintain rotas and contingency plans for absence; manage budget and suppliers.
