Krispy Kreme Naas Factory in Ireland is seeking a Shift Manager to lead an evening team and oversee production operations. The role is a 45-hour week across five evening shifts, with shift times from 5:00am to 2:00pm, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments (desirable).
• Proven leadership experience within an FMCG or manufacturing setting (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and good IT literacy.
• Passion for continuous improvement and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team throughout your evening shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the factory floor.
• Handle challenges confidently and support your team day to day.
• Act as the senior person on-site in the absence of the Site Manager.
