Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland is hiring a Shift Manager for the Naas Factory in Ireland. You will lead a team during an evening shift, ensure production targets, quality standards, and a safe working environment while delivering high quality doughnuts to stores nationwide.

You'll work a 45-hour week across five evening shifts, from early morning to early afternoon, in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This hands-on leadership role offers development and progression within our growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments (desirable).
• Proven leadership experience within an FMCG or manufacturing setting (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and good IT literacy.
• A passion for continuous improvement and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team throughout your evening shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the factory floor.
• Handle challenges confidently and support your team day to day.
• Act as the senior person on-site in the absence of the Site Manager.
