Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to drive leadership across three shops from Dublin, primarily. You’ll lead from the front, coach teams, and own rotas, stock, and ordering while ensuring KPI and P&L targets are met.

The role involves hands‑on leadership in a busy, guest‑facing environment, with travel to two additional stores as required. You’ll be comfortable coaching leaders, balancing people, customers and commercial performance, and maintaining Krispy Kreme’s high standards and

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality, fast-paced customer environments.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team while maintaining high performance and standards.
• Strong day-to-day operations skills including rotas, labour planning, stock, ordering, availability and waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across three shops, coaching Shift Leaders and Team Members to be their best.
• Own rotas and labour planning to ensure the right people at the right time.
• Own stock and ordering, manage availability and reduce waste to keep shops running smoothly.
• Manage P&L and use numbers to drive smarter decisions on sales and costs.
• Drive KPIs and shop performance, identifying opportunities and implementing actions.
