Krispy Kreme is seeking a Senior Logistics Team Manager in Ireland (Naas) to lead a hands-on driver group and own the day-to-day transport operation from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. You will ensure safety, compliance and on-time deliveries while building a high-performing team.

Our Krispy Kreme Factory in Naas is the heart of our doughnut production in Ireland. It’s where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the country every day. Are you an experienced transport leader who knows how to keep a busy logistics operation running safely, efficiently and on time?
We’re looking for a hands‑on Logistics Team Manager to lead our driver team in Ireland. You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day transport operation, ensuring our vehicles, drivers and deliveries meet the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.
This is an early‑start operational role, supporting a staggered load‑out between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. You’ll need to be comfortable working flexibly across these hours and being present when your team needs you most.
A Management CPC is essential for this position.
Leading, motivating and developing our team of drivers, creating a positive and high‑performing working environment.
Managing the staggered daily load‑out operation between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Ensuring every route is safely resourced and all deliveries leave on time.
Conducting regular pre‑route and post‑route briefings with the driver team.
Managing driver performance through clear expectations, regular one‑to‑ones, coaching and development.
Producing rotas at least four weeks in advance and maintaining appropriate contingency plans for absence.
Supporting the recruitment, induction and training of new drivers.
Working closely with the People team on employee relations, absence and holiday management.
Ensuring compliance with Irish road transport legislation, drivers’ hours, tachograph requirements and Road Safety Authority guidance.
Making sure vehicle checks, maintenance records, incident reports and transport management systems are completed accurately and on time.
Monitoring operational KPIs, route performance, delivery windows and data‑capture standards.
Managing the logistics operation within budget, including purchase orders, invoices and third‑party suppliers.
Reducing vehicle damage and operating costs through effective driver training and performance management.
Ensuring all vehicles meet our safety, cleanliness, hygiene and brand standards.
Building strong relationships with colleagues across Manufacturing, Operations, People, Marketing and the wider business.
A recognised CPC in Transport Management – this is essential.
Previous management or leadership experience within transport, distribution or logistics.
A strong working knowledge of transport compliance, drivers’ hours, tachographs and vehicle safety requirements.
Experience leading and developing a driver team within a fast‑paced operation.
The flexibility to support an early‑morning, staggered load‑out operation between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance people, compliance, service and cost priorities.
Confidence managing performance and handling sensitive people matters.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
A positive, practical and solutions‑focused approach.
The confidence to take ownership, make decisions and ask for support when needed.
