Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited is seeking a Logistics Team Manager in Ireland to lead our driver team in a fast-paced, early-morning operation. You will own day-to-day transport activities, ensure safety standards, and optimise performance across routes.

This is an on-site role at Naas, requiring a hands-on leader with CPC qualifications. You’ll manage recruitment, training, budgeting, and KPIs while collaborating with Manufacturing, Operations and People teams to deliver on-time deliveries and

Qualifications

• A recognised CPC in Transport Management is essential.
• Experience leading driver teams in fast-paced operations.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance, drivers’ hours, tachographs and vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of drivers to create a high-performing culture.
• Oversee the daily load-out operation between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
• Ensure routes are resourced safely and deliveries depart on time.
• Conduct pre-route and post-route briefings with drivers and manage performance.
