Amicus Search & Recruitment represents a leading Dublin corporate law firm for a Senior Legal PA to support Senior Partner(s) and a small group of fee earners in the Corporate department. The role focuses on inbox and calendar management across multiple time zones, travel coordination, client briefs, monthly billing, and document production in-house style.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with senior stakeholders and confidential information.

Formación

• Extensive experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally a law firm partner.
• Commercial billing experience is essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Partner inbox and calendar across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel, client reports and travel packs.
• Prepare business development research and client briefs.
• Run monthly billing (time allocation and invoicing) and expenses.
• Produce polished documents and presentations in house style.
