The role focuses on inbox and calendar management across multiple time zones, travel coordination, client briefs, monthly billing, and document production in-house style.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with senior stakeholders and confidential information.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally a law firm partner.
• Commercial billing experience is essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage Partner inbox and calendar across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel, client reports and travel packs.
• Prepare business development research and client briefs.
• Run monthly billing (time allocation and invoicing) and expenses.
• Produce polished documents and presentations in house style.
