Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Legal PA or Senior Legal Secretary in a law firm.
• Experience supporting partners or senior stakeholders in a busy legal environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong document production and proofreading skills.
• Professional and confident communication style.
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PA support to partners and senior fee earners.
• Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and organise business travel.
• Prepare, format and proofread legal documents, correspondence and presentations.
• Handle client communications as a key point of contact where required.
• Manage billing, expenses and administrative processes.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls and internal events.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
• Proactively manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
