Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years managing learning technologies (LMS, LXP, content libraries, assessment platforms, or virtual learning tools).
• Experience with Docebo, Coursera, and Harvard Business Review.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate learner needs into practical technology solutions and process improvements.
