Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for Learning Technologies & AI Solutions to bridge business stakeholders, product teams, engineering and external partners to deliver scalable learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong LMS experience, expertise in learning technology ecosystems, requirements management, and roadmap planning, with a preference for Generative AI, AI copilots, and intelligent content experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Product Owner or similar role.
• 3+ years supporting LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Saba, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors).
• 3+ years gathering business requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• 3+ years supporting technology implementations, platform migrations, integrations, or system enhancements.
• 2+ years of data analysis translating findings into product recommendations.
• 2+ years leading stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and solution reviews.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and release validation.

Position Summary The Senior Product Analyst - Learning Technologies & AI Solutions will support the strategy, implementation, optimization, and continuous evolution of enterprise learning technologies and AI-powered learning solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, and external partners to deliver scalable learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technology ecosystems, product analysis, requirements management, and roadmap planning. Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent learning experiences is highly preferred. This role combines product strategy, business analysis, platform configuration, stakeholder management, testing, and continuous product improvement across learning technologies and emerging AI-enabled solutions.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management

Partner with business, learning, and technology stakeholders to define and maintain product roadmaps for learning technologies and AI-enabled learning solutions. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements to drive product enhancements and platform capabilities. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and implementation plans. Manage feature prioritization, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.

Learning Technology Platform Management

Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and enhancement of learning platforms including LMS, LXP, content management, and related learning technologies. Partner with vendors and technical teams on platform upgrades, migrations, system enhancements, and operational support. Define business requirements for platform configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations. Help establish governance, standards, and best practices across the learning technology ecosystem.

AI Product Analysis & Evaluation

Support the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI-powered learning products, copilots, virtual assistants, knowledge solutions, and intelligent content experiences. Participate in AI testing activities including prompt evaluation, regression testing, quality assessment, and output validation. Analyze AI performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve accuracy, usability, adoption, and business value. Partner with engineering and product teams to validate AI experiences and ensure responsible deployment practices.

Requirements, Data & Analytics

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and define future-state solutions. Perform data analysis and validation activities across learning technologies and AI solutions. Develop reporting requirements, success metrics, dashboards, and KPI measurements. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business and product teams.

Testing, Quality & Release Management

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders. Support defect management, issue resolution, and release readiness activities.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Partner with Learning & Development, HR, Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, and business stakeholders. Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Learning Technology Analyst, or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience supporting LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Saba, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors Learning, or equivalent learning technologies.
• 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology implementations, platform migrations, integrations, or system enhancements.
• 2+ years of experience conducting data analysis and translating findings into product recommendations.
• 2+ years of experience leading stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and solution reviews.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, AI copilots, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation methodologies, golden datasets, quality measurement frameworks, and regression testing.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding techniques, and hallucination mitigation concepts.
• Experience defining AI product success metrics and measuring adoption, quality, productivity, or user satisfaction improvements.
• Experience with HR technology, learning technology, content platforms, or knowledge management solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, APIs, SSO, and HRIS ecosystems.
• Experience supporting AI governance, responsible AI practices, content safety, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Healthcare, retail, or pharmacy industry experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: €50,000.00 - €125,000.00
