• Plan and deliver the firm's L&D programmes with impact.
• Lead leadership, talent and future skills development initiatives.
• Develop AI skills, knowledge and judgement within the team.
• Design and manage mentoring and leadership development programmes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent and capability development.
