Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking a Senior LED Analyst to design transformative learning experiences that empower teams and customers. You will act as a strategic partner, diagnosing root causes, shaping solutions, and ensuring programs drive measurable impact.

Lead end-to-end learning projects, mentor teammates, and apply advanced instructional design, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools while prioritising accessibility and inclusion to uplift business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and performance consulting.
Experience with data-driven design and interpreting learner data to refine solutions.
Experience designing accessible, inclusive learning experiences aligned with accessibility standards.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to synthesize diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation of engaging, inclusive learning programs using advanced instructional design principles.
Act as a performance consultant to analyze problems, uncover root causes, and align learning with outcomes.
Champion accessibility and inclusion across learning experiences.
Interpret complex data sets and feedback to refine solutions and demonstrate impact.
Explore and apply new technologies, including AI agents, to enhance design and efficiency.
Guide junior analysts, model best practices, and share expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to integrate perspectives into cohesive solutions.
Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences and manage large-scale initiatives.
