Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior LED Analyst to lead transformative learning experiences, partnering with teams and customers to drive measurable impact. You will champion accessibility, leverage AI tools, mentor peers, and translate stakeholder needs into clear, high-impact solutions.

You will design end-to-end learning programs, analyze data to prove outcomes, and collaborate with leadership to elevate the craft of learning within Salesforce's growing enablement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design or learning experience design in corporate environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end learning design projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Agile and performance consulting approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to design accessible, inclusive learning experiences meeting standards.
• Proficiency with Rise, Storyline or equivalent authoring tools.
• Experience with data-driven design using learner data and feedback.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning programs using advanced instructional design and performance consulting.
• Act as a performance consultant to diagnose problems and align learning with outcomes.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion across learning experiences.
• Interpret learner data, feedback, and metrics to refine solutions.
• Explore and apply AI tools to enhance design and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to integrate perspectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Drive large-scale learning projects with strong project management.
