Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and performance consulting approaches.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Rise, Storyline, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of engaging learning programs with advanced instructional design.
• Act as a performance consultant to diagnose problems and link solutions to outcomes.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion across all learning experiences.
• Leverage data and feedback to refine learning solutions and demonstrate impact.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance design and efficiency.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead projects end-to-end.
