Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy to lead and deliver civil engineering projects across wind, solar, hydro and energy storage. You will manage client relationships, supervise design and ensure projects meet timescales and budgets, while growing the team’s technical capabilities in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• BEng (Hons) degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered status or actively working towards chartership.
• Contractor Design Approval Engineer (CDAE) certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and grow the team’s technical engineering capabilities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure delivery within timescales and budgets.
• Review and generate technical and contractual information from internal and external sources.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design of renewable energy infrastructure.
• Mentor staff and graduate engineers.
