Zusammenfassung

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support the expansion of our Renewables & Transmission & Distribution teams across the UK and Ireland. The role offers hybrid working with opportunities in multiple offices including Edinburgh, London, Dublin, and Bristol.

You will lead civil infrastructure design, liaise with clients, and mentor junior staff while delivering projects from feasibility through construction. This is a technical and leadership focused position.

Qualifikationen

• BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership with ICE or equivalent.
• Role requires a high degree of technical competency in civil/structural design.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with clients and manage project work to agreed timescales and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams
• Lead the design of civil infrastructure including roads, drainage and external works
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings and specifications per UK standards
• Conduct site inspections and respond to technical queries
• Produce high-quality reports (feasibility, inspection, design) and documentation
• Mentor and guide junior staff
