EirGrid Group is seeking a Senior Lead Contract Specialist to shape and oversee the programme's contractual and commercial strategy, ensuring value and risk management across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial management with a degree in a related field; chartership with SCSI, RICS, APM or ICE is desirable. You will collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Delivery teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management.
• Chartered or working towards one with professional bodies (SCSI, RICS, APM, ICE) is desirable.

• Lead development and execution of programme-wide contract strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership on contractual, commercial, and risk matters across the lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations, amendments, claims management and dispute resolution.
