Job summary

EirGrid Group is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst (System Integration) to support interconnection and cross-border programmes. The role focuses on delivering integrated solutions, aligning market systems with power system operations, and ensuring readiness across IT and business change initiatives.

You will act as a senior technical lead, mentoring analysts, coordinating with IT, vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring successful testing, deployment and operational readiness in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large, complex IT delivery programmes.
• Deep knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, APIs and data flows.
• Experience with test management and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver medium/large projects within a complex programme environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface between programme teams, IT delivery teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Provide expert analysis of business, operational and technical requirements to ensure end‑to‑end solution design.
• Support development, review and validation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and mentor analysts and testing resources throughout UAT lifecycle.
• Coordinate readiness activities across market, operational, asset management and enterprise systems.
