Job summary

ESB Networks in Dublin is seeking a Contracts Manager for Networks Telecoms, Customer Transformation and Digital. You will lead the Contracts Management Function across PR6 scale, owning lifecycle from demand identification through mobilisation, delivery, renewal and close-out.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Safety, Cybersecurity and programme teams to ensure value for money, governance and compliant contracts, while prioritising safety and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience of end-to-end contract lifecycle, including sourcing, tender evaluation, mobilisation, performance management and close-out.
• Proven ability to lead contract management strategies and multi-year procurement plans.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with risk-based decision making.
• Experience with supplier performance frameworks and governance arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Networks Telecoms Contracts Management Function at PR6 scale.
• Own the contract portfolio from demand through mobilisation, delivery, renewal and close-out.
• Develop and govern a 12–18 month procurement and contract pipeline.
• Lead major procurements and tenders with cross-functional partners.
• Standardise contracting models, templates, and performance dashboards.
