Job summary

EY UKI People Consulting seeks a Senior Manager/Director to lead HR technology and transformation initiatives across client engagements in Ireland. You will drive strategic projects, oversee teams, and integrate AI solutions to enhance HR functions and employee experience.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and business development skills to expand services and deliver innovative, data-driven HR solutions.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale HR transformation programmes and technology implementations.
Strong analytical skills with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with AI/machine learning concepts.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
A degree in a relevant field and significant professional consulting experience, ideally at senior level.
In-depth knowledge of HR technology solutions and HR governance, with focus on AI-driven innovations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Oversee multiple client engagements in HR technology and transformation.
Business Development: Drive activities to expand the HRT&T practice, including AI/data-driven proposals.
Project Oversight: Manage project teams and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Thought Leadership: Provide insights and best practices to clients and internal teams.
Data-Driven Insights: Use AI/ML to analyse workforce data and inform decisions.
Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Team Development: Mentor and develop junior staff.
