Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Ireland seeks a Talent & Development Manager to lead the talent framework, succession planning and leadership development across the organisation. Reporting to the Learning & Talent Development Senior Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to strengthen capability and drive early careers programs.

Qualifications

Third-level qualification in HR, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
CIPD or similar accreditation is desirable.
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with ≥3 years' people management.
Proven experience leading strategic people, change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead annual talent review and succession planning across Uisce Éireann.
Identify future capability requirements and workforce risks with senior leaders.
Analyse talent data to identify gaps and priorities.
Develop recommendations to support organisational objectives and succession decisions.
Drive consistent talent identification and development across the organisation.
Lead design and delivery of talent and leadership development programmes.
