Job summary

HSS Hire, part of the Chadwick's Group within Grafton Group, Ireland, seeks a Senior Key Account Administrator to manage high-value client relationships and coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and numerical skills.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• 3+ years' experience in key account administration or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and order processing systems.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee complex order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling queries, requests, and complaints.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
• Administer contracts, renewals, and amendments for key accounts.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) to coordinate and deliver client requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements within account administration.
• Mentor and support junior administration staff as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic and business plans in consultation with Senior Management.
• Always maintain a high standard of customer service.
