Job summary

Novartis Ireland Ltd is seeking a Global Journey Head, Hire & Move within the People & Organization Products & Experience. This senior leader will own the end-to-end employee and manager journeys across Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting, and External Workforce.

The role requires steering a portfolio across multiple locations and partnering with Expertise Hubs to translate strategy into coherent journeys, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Senior P&O leadership in a complex global org.
• Experience across multiple P&O domains with enterprise collaboration.
• Tech strategy and AI orientation at portfolio level.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Hire & Move product grouping, ensuring portfolio coherence and value realization.
• Lead the People Experience Leadership Team to define and drive the HR ambition, strategy and priorities.
• Own multi-year journeys across Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting and External Workforce.
• Define measurable business outcomes and sponsor human-centered discovery across the portfolio.
• Drive automation, AI and agentification strategy with governance and data considerations.
