Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in Ireland for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will own multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X, driving enterprise pipeline and revenue growth with data-driven attribution and experimentation.

You will partner with Growth Marketing, ABM, SEO, and Revenue Operations to optimize spend, develop email nurturing, and lead a small team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation.
• Proven track record managing annual paid media budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; familiarity with Reddit, YouTube, and X.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on enterprise brand awareness, pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, ABM, and SEO to align strategies and optimize performance.
• Monitor performance daily and implement optimization to improve CPA, ROAS and overall efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a structured performance review process translating weekly results into actionable recommendations.
• Build revenue attribution reporting including ABM attribution through ad platform APIs.
