Benchmark International, a global M&A firm, seeks an Associate Director to guide owners through exit or growth options. You will meet clients face-to-face and virtually, build relationships, and close engagements with a consultative sales approach.

Qualified leads are supplied by our Deal Origination team, enabling you to focus on relationship-building and closing opportunities across Ireland. This role offers progression within a rapidly growing international organisation.

Qualifications

• High-energy, ambitious sales professional with a consultative approach.
• Experience in performance-driven environments is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret financial information and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Valuing and assessing the saleability of potential client businesses
• Explaining Benchmark International’s services and their benefits
• Presenting tailored exit and growth solutions
• Securing client engagements to represent the sale of their business
• Negotiating commercial terms and engagement fees
• Contracting clients and managing the sign-up process
• Preparing completed engagement packages for the Deal Transaction team.
