Job summary

Fragomen Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant to work closely with the Manager, handling intake and end-to-end progression of cases. The role includes advising on complex immigration matters, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client relationships and real-time billing.

You will lead client meetings, mentor team members, and serve as a key contact for a major technology client, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a dynamic team environment in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Previous immigration experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time.
• Client facing experience is required.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with case reviews and end-to-end case management.
• Provide advice on complex matters under supervision.
• Ensure all applications are accurate and billing is real-time.
• Lead client meetings and present to clients.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Maintain status reports and client reporting.
• Act as principal client contact for a major technology client.
