Job summary

Fragomen in Dublin is seeking a Senior Immigration Consultant to work closely with the Manager and lead end-to-end case work for a major technology client, developing deep knowledge of the client’s migration needs.

You will mentor teammates, manage client relationships, lead client meetings and presentations, and provide strategic immigration advice, while ensuring SLAs, accuracy in billing, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous immigration experience is essential.
• Strong interest in immigration and career within this field.
• Client facing skills and experience are required.
• Proven ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and pro-active.
• Strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case reviews under supervision of the Manager.
• Provide client support and strategic immigration advice.
• Lead client meetings and presentations.
• Mentor team members and new starters.
• Ensure SLAs are met and billing accuracy.
• Oversee status of cases using case management and billing systems.
