Fragomen in Dublin is seeking a Senior Immigration Analyst to support Managers and Consultants with case management and drafting applications for Irish and international clients. You will also handle client communications and contribute to billing and file management in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to learning immigration procedures.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Irish and international immigration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Managers and Consultants.
• Draft simple applications and prepare document packs for cases.
• Handle routine client communications and channel inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with billing, post handling, and file organization.
• Support team during absences and contribute to workflow improvements.
