Graebel in Dundalk seeks an International Assignment Associate to support relocation services in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with administrative tasks, process allowances and expenses, and maintain data quality in client systems.

The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring two office days per week. Candidates should have a business degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to International Assignment Consultants on the delivery of services; processes allowances, payments and expenses.
  • Sends and monitors service orders, closes files in system upon completion of services and assists with reporting.
  • Verifies services provided to transferee and expenses submitted are in compliance with the Client's policy; escalates exceptions.
  • Maintain data quality by keeping files and system updated with accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

We are seeking an International Assignment Associate to join our Graebel team in a fast-paced environment in Dundalk. TheInternational Assignment Associate assists with the administrative components of international relocations. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office two days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to International Assignment Consultants on the delivery of services; processes allowances, payments and expenses; sends and monitors service orders, closes files in system upon completion of services and assists with reporting.
  • Verifies services provided to transferee and expenses submitted are in compliance with the Client's policy. Escalates any exceptions to the attention of the Consultant.
  • Maintain data quality by keeping files and system updated with accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills
