Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an Infrastructure Programme Manager for a permanent role in Ireland, predominantly remote with occasional onsite in Dublin. You will lead end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure and technology programmes across Cloud, Networks, Infrastructure, Security and Digital Workplace.

This senior, customer-facing position requires strong governance, planning, risk and stakeholder management, with responsibility for budgets, reporting and cross-functional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure-focused programmes.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programmes.
• Manage programme plans, dependencies, budgets and governance.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders and customers.
• Drive programme reporting, steering committees and executive updates.
• Coordinate delivery across technical teams, partners and suppliers.
• Oversee scope, change control and risk management.
