ESB is seeking a Package Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high voltage export cable systems for major offshore wind projects in Ireland and the UK, covering onshore and offshore scopes. Based in Dublin with hybrid working, you will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing oversight, installation management and handover.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering large-scale offshore wind or subsea cable projects.
• Strong understanding of HV export cable design, manufacturing, and installation.
• Experience managing complex EPC or multi-contract delivery structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across onshore and offshore environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
• Willingness to travel to supplier facilities, offshore vessels, and onshore construction sites.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the cable packages, from concept and design through installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and manage package plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and interfaces to ensure successful project execution for both onshore and offshore workstreams.
• Oversee the design development of offshore and onshore cable systems, landfall works, grid connection interfaces, ensuring compliance with project technical, environmental and marine licensing requirements, industry standards (IEC, EN, DNV) and certification obligations.
• Manage the procurement, contracting, and performance of cable suppliers and installation contractors throughout manufacturing, testing, logistics, and installation.
