Celtic Careers are recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Partner to join a large, international organisation within the construction and engineering sector.

This is a senior HR position partnering closely with business leaders across a diverse and growing organisation. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR guidance while also taking ownership of complex employee relations, talent development, workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and organisational change

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
• Strong senior-level HR Business Partnering experience
• Excellent knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting organisational change and people initiatives
• Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills

Please note: The role will involve regular travel between offices in Ireland the UK.
