Celtic Careers is seeking an experienced Senior HR Partner to join a large international organisation in the construction and engineering sector. The role involves partnering with business leaders across a diverse organisation, providing strategic HR guidance and ownership of complex employee relations and workforce initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related discipline, and a CIPD qualification is desirable.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
• Strong senior HR Business Partnering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and organisational change.
• Lead complex ER cases, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across senior management, HR and wider business teams.
