Search Talent partner is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to lead safety performance across a growing portfolio of Ireland and European projects. This role requires strategic oversight, mentoring of H&S professionals, and delivery of robust safety policies.

You will drive safety standards across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Irish and European legislation and promoting a proactive culture with senior stakeholders. Travel to European projects will be required.

Formación

• Significant Health & Safety management experience in construction.
• Degree-level or equivalent H&S qualification preferred.
• Experience mentoring H&S professionals across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop H&S strategy across Ireland and Europe.
• Oversee H&S advisors across projects and regions.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and European safety legislation.
