Job summary

Dynamic Safety Solutions, part of the Celnor Group, seeks a Health and Safety Lead in Dublin to oversee HSE across key client accounts. The role demands senior leadership, strong client engagement, and hands-on risk management in high-risk environments.

You will shape HSE policies, lead audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with clients and group functions. Hybrid working with site visits is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior HSE management experience in construction or high-risk environments.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts as primary HSE advisor.
• Experience conducting site audits and risk assessments.
• Experience leading accidents/incident investigations.
• Experience implementing ISO management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Regulations 2013 and duty holder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HSE leadership across key client accounts, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement robust HSE management systems and ISO-aligned frameworks.
• Drive risk management through audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee delivery of high-impact training and promote a strong safety culture across client operations.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance to senior stakeholders.
• You will be provided with a company van and fuel card.
