Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Change & HR Transformation Manager to join our Talent practice in Ireland. Based in Dublin, you will lead complex people and workforce transformations, blending change management with HR design and AI-enabled initiatives to deliver lasting business value.

You will collaborate with clients to shape strategy, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption across HR services, operating models, and organisation design.

Qualifications

• Strong change management expertise across complex transformations.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communications and adoption metrics.
• HR transformation, organisation design, and workforce transformation experience.
• Knowledge of technology-enabled transformation, data and AI impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and transformation workstreams across HR and technology programmes from strategy to readiness.
• Design and deliver change strategies, communications, leadership alignment and adoption plans.
• Support HR and workforce transformation including operating models and organizational design.
• Translate transformation into practical changes and guide client adoption.
• Lead and grow project teams while ensuring high-quality delivery.
