Qualifications

5+ years of compliance, risk, audit or data protection experience in regulated environments.
Working knowledge of GDPR across multiple jurisdictions with local variation.
Experience designing and operating control frameworks with technical literacy.
Ability to work under delivery pressure and distinguish material risk.

Responsibilities

Contributes to HR Solutions compliance framework end to end.
Support design, scope and cadence of recurring control activity.
Maintain current view of compliance risk across defined regions.
Identify control gaps and drive remediation with owners.
Provide independent challenge to automation proposals from a compliance mindset.
