Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HR service delivery or shared services in multi-country environments.
• Demonstrated change management experience in operational settings.
• Experience delivering digital, automation or AI capability into live operations.
• Evidence of maintaining quality or governance under delivery pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption and change across HR Solutions.
• Define readiness, communications and sequencing for AI initiatives.
• Design and deliver enablement and training for HRS teams.
• Co-design AI agents with pods and live operations.
