Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Ireland is seeking a technology-focused HR Solutions Lead to deliver and optimize HR technology services within the HR Solutions Technology Pod. You will work with HR COEs and the HR Technology Team to transition tasks, manage complex projects, and apply AI and automation across delivery.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a strong customer service mindset to enhance end-user experiences across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting system configuration, process automation, or technology-enabled service delivery within an HR Shared Services or Center of Excellence environment.
• Experience delivering global technology projects, including planning and communication.
• Demonstrated experience in change management.
• High level of data literacy with comfort in data analysis and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery of HR Solutions services with a best-in-class end-user experience.
• Optimize the Tech Pod's operational effectiveness and resolve complex problems.
• Partner with HR COEs and HR Technology Team to expand HR Solutions scope.
• Contribute to roadmaps for transitioning HR Tech tasks to HR Solutions and support risk/resource assessment.
• Support cross-functional global projects and maintain relationships across business areas.
