EY is seeking a Senior Manager in AI & Data - Data Governance to lead enterprise data governance initiatives across Dublin and other locations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, policy development, and delivering strategic data capabilities for clients in a dynamic, global environment.

You will guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive data governance maturity while navigating evolving data regulations and technology changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in data governance and data management.
• Experience with Collibra, Alation, Informatica.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop others, manage budgets and timelines.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Hybrid working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise data governance framework and policies.
• Develop and implement data governance roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead data governance projects using robust tools and infrastructure.
• Design data quality frameworks across key domains.
