Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Senior HR Generalist based in Dublin to provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle for EMEA. You will partner with managers and the HR team to deliver practical, business-focused HR solutions.

You’ll handle employee relations matters, coach leaders, support HR projects, and help maintain compliant Irish and UK employment practices while driving an excellent employee experience across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles.
• Solid knowledge of Irish and UK employment law and fair procedures.
• Ability to coach managers and handle investigations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees across EMEA.
• Coach managers through difficult workplace situations and investigations.
• Partner with HR Partners, Payroll, Legal to deliver joined-up HR support.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinary and grievances.
• Contribute to HR projects and improve the employee experience.
• Maintain up-to-date Ireland and UK policies in line with law and company standards.
