Job summary

SIG Susquehanna in Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support managers and employees across EMEA from our Dublin office. You will blend employee relations expertise with practical, business-focused HR delivery to drive a positive employee experience.

You will advise on day-to-day HR matters, coach managers, lead workplace investigations and help ensure fair procedures in line with Irish and UK law. This role requires strong partnership with HR teams and stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR Generalist/Employee Relations with end-to-end case handling.
• Knowledge of Irish and UK employment law and ACAS Code of Practice.
• Ability to coach managers and translate policy into practical advice.
• Experience handling multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees across EMEA.
• Coach managers and support employees through workplace matters, ensuring fair procedures.
• Lead and manage employee relations cases through to resolution (performance, conduct, grievance, disciplinary, attendance, probation).
• Support workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and appeals.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Legal and stakeholders to deliver joined-up HR support.
• Maintain Ireland and UK HR policies and guidance aligned with local law.
