Job summary

Susquehanna International invites a Senior HR Generalist to Dublin to support Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will provide day-to-day HR advice, manage employee relations, coach managers, and partner with HRBP, HR Operations, Payroll, Legal and stakeholders to deliver joined-up HR across the business.

You will handle end-to-end employee relations cases, lead investigations, improve Ireland and UK policies, and use data to identify trends to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist/Advisory or Employee Relations with hands-on case management.
• Ability to coach managers, influence stakeholders and handle sensitive matters.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and UK employment law and fair procedures.
• Proven ability to translate policy into practical HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees across EMEA.
• Manage employee relations cases from start to resolution.
• Coach managers and support workplace investigations and policy governance.
• Collaborate with HRBP, HR Operations, Payroll, Legal and stakeholders.
• Support absence, accommodations and organisational change matters.
• Maintain Ireland/UK HR policies and report on HR insights.
