Job summary

ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner. The role is hybrid, based in Dublin (Ireland) or Reading (UK), collaborating with senior leaders to shape HR strategy and workforce effectiveness.

You will lead a team of HR professionals, drive talent programs, and leverage analytics to inform decisions, while navigating labor laws and maintaining high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Extensive HRBP or HR leadership experience in healthcare/clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data analytics to drive HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Coach and mentor HR staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Advise on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement and inclusive culture initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions.
